Uses Canadian brand meat!

For pork, we use Canadian brand meat "barley finish Sangen pork".Soaked in a special sauce mixed with apple juice and Worcestershire sauce, cooked at low temperature for about 3 hours, cooked to the core of the meat, finished with a frying pan and salamander, and the surface is crispy and fragrant.
